Sales Date and Parcel ranges are required. You may enter a parcel range by selecting a subdivision through the SUB search provided. Enter the beginning letters of the desired subdivision and click SUB. For example, to see all subdivisions that start with the word silver, enter silver in the box provided and click on SUB. SEARCH INSTRUCTIONS:
Sale Date Range Enter the month and year for the time span you wish to search. For example: You wish to search all
sales that have occured in November and December of 2004. You would enter:

Parcel ID Range Limit your search to the area desired by entering a range
of parcels. The parcels entered do not have to actually exist as long as there are parcels between the numbers. Partial parcel numbers are allowed. For example: You wish to search for sales in unit #1 of Silver Springs Shores. You would enter:
9001- in the first box and 9001-9999999 in the second. To search ALL
parcels, you must use a range of 0- thru 999999999999
Vacant/Improved Sales By default all sales are returned, however, if you desire only improved sales, change this field to Improved or if you want vacant sales, change this field to Vacant. Note that an improved or vacant sale does not necessarily mean an improved or vacant parcel.
PC Code Parameter Type If you wish to limit your search to certain PC codes, then select Single/Multiple or Range in this
box. If you select Single/Multiple, you may input up to 5 PC codes in the PC boxes.
If you select Range, the search will be limited to the range of PC codes that you enter in boxes PC 1 and PC 2.
